This years release of Champagne Bollinger's signature Blanc de Noir sources 51% of its grapes from the Premier Cru village; Tauxières. TX17 has notes of dried flowers, tobacco and bitter mocha while the palate has sweet liquorice, dried apricot and a distinct roundness from walnut and spice.
